Birthstone Family Tree

This Birthstone Family Tree is a lovely display to hang on a wall.  It's a perfect gift for Christmas, an Anniversary, a Birthday, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or any other special occasion.

You will need to fill in the Family Tree Form with the birth month of each person included in your family tree.  Birthstone gems will be added to the tree for each person you list.  The arabesque background measures: 5 1/4 X 5 3/4 inches.  This includes free shipping and a gift box.  

Color choices that you can choose on the template:

Family Tree: Gold or Copper

Ribbon: Red, Green, Cream, or Blue

Bow: Red, Green, Gold, or Silver

How this works:  You order a Birthstone Family Tree and pay for it here.  Then, within 12 hours, you will be sent a link to your email for the Family Tree Form for you to fill in your choices as well as the birth months of everyone in your family.  The form begins with the recipients birth month or anniversary month.  (If it will be for your parents or grandparents, you can choose their wedding anniversary month or a birth month.)  You are able to add up to 5 children of the recipient.  And add the birth months for up to 10 additional members of that child's family.  Birthstones will be grouped in the family tree in relation to each Child added.  

For example: First child and his/her family members up to 11 people. (example: child 1 + spouse/SO, children, grandchildren)  These birthstones will be put on the tree in relation to the first child.  

The directions are on the form.  You will be able to contact Yours for Life in case you have any questions.  All you need to know are the birth months of all of your family members.  You will be able to double check your choices when you get to the end of the form.  Once you are sure you've added everyone, then click submit.  Yours for life will handcraft this beautiful Family Tree and ship it to you.
